Half of the reason people farm it all the time and but/sell for such high prices is that one fact, that it is the most rare thing in toram. I personally like the fact its so rare because that is what makes crystal armour what it is, its The insane drop rate does seem rather high so i partly understand your frustration, but that's what makes it 'Rare' obtaining anything in this world either game wise or in real life is always considered more rare if they are hard to obtain and thus being less in existence. 23-29 def (maybe go higher or less) +100 casp, evasion rate +5%, Magic resistance +2% is virtually impossible to create that combo on BS armour thus imo making it one of the best stat armours for mage in game, although that's my opinion not everyone needs to feel the same, I also don't think it should be removed or even made craftable as that would null what i said above. I'm not sure about the whole 'over godly piece of armour we should worship' bit as I myself and most people don't feel that way as for its stats compared to even high level BS stated armour it is still a lot better.
